Easy! Fill out the membership form, choose your package, and answer some questions and we will take it from there.

Unused treatments do not roll over; however, you may pause your membership for up to 30 days. (Once every 6 months).

Memberships offer predictable monthly pricing, priority booking, and the benefits listed for your selected plan.
NAD+ members save $15 per month on 100 mg, $45 on 300 mg, or $75 on 500 mg compared with the regular single-treatment price. Each NAD+ plan also includes 10% off additional eligible vitamin IV treatments; discounts cannot be combined.

No. There is no membership fee to join.

For vitamin IV memberships, Platinum and Diamond treatments may be shared when the member is present and also receiving treatment. Gold treatments are non-transferable.
NAD+ memberships include one treatment per month for the member at the selected dose.

Drip Memberships: Choose from any of our amazing infusions (excluding NAD+) including our top-tier options such as the Athlete Performance & Recovery or Flu. Add-ons are additional.
NAD+ Memberships: Each plan includes one NAD+ IV treatment per month at your selected dose: 100 mg ($135/month), 300 mg ($255/month), or 500 mg ($375/month). Includes mobile service within our standard service area, priority booking, and 10% off additional eligible vitamin IV treatments. Discounts cannot be combined. Treatments are subject to clinical screening.

After your 3 month commitment you may cancel anytime. Please email stgeorgeutiv@gmail.com and we’ll get in touch with you to deactivate your membership and finalize your cancellation within 24 hours.
